Gilbert grinned brightly at Arthur, his previous annoyance seeping away at the compliment. "Don't I know it!" Being the egoist that he is, he couldn't help but relish the softspoken Brit's statement. He opened his mouth again, ready to keep on talking about his awesomeness, though stopped when he finally noticed Arthur's apparent state of embarrassment.
He considered pointing out to the other that he looked like a completely ripe tomato and teasing him about it, though he repressed that urge. Instead, he removed his grip on Arthur's chin and leaned back. "So instead of looking away from me, feel free to admire my awesome face and think that you're lucky for getting the chance to go on a date with such a stud," he declared, jokingly striking an exaggerated male model pose on his seat.
Then he glanced back at Arthur's flushed face, and found himself unable to describe it as anything other than adorable. He fought back a small blush of his own by flashing the Brit a lazy smirk. "And you're pretty cute yourself, schatzi," he remarked.

Arthur didn't quite know how to react on this so he stuttered an "O-okay." and had resisted the urge to look away in embarassment agian. That was until he started saying the Brit was pretty cute.
It probably wasn't possible but his face became even redder. "E-embarassing." he said as he laid his face down on his desk and wrapping his arms around his belly. Too much, It was so embarassing. He felt his face was getting even warmer and practically glowing. How could Gilbert be this shameless! Arthur wasn't used to this kind of attention.

The smirk left Gilbert's face as he switched to blinking in confusion when Arthur hid his face on the desk. He had barely caught the blond's statement, and he wondered what exactly was embarrassing.
"Artie?" he finally called after several seconds of just watching the Brit in his cocooned position, showing no intention of looking up. A silver eyebrow rose when Gilbert spotted an awfully red ear peeking from under Arthur's messy locks. Was it just him, or was Arthur blushing even more? After briefly pondering why, realization hit, and the German had to hold back a loud laugh. Did Gilbert calling him 'cute' seriously cause such a reaction?
Well, whether that was true or not, it was only making him appear cuter to the albino. Though how unused the other was to getting complimented was starting to annoy him; he really hated it when people don't acknowledge what's good about them.
His gaze returned to the exposed ear, and he smirked before bending forward to lightly blow on the earlobe.

Arthur just ignored the Albino. Stupid git making him so embarassed. Though he winced when he blew softly against his ear. He shivered and almost jumped up to fall from his chair. "S-stop teasing me you twat." He said puffing his cheeks. His blush was starting to fade.
He crossed his arms. "Really stop it, if you don't I will..." he thouhgt for something. "t-tease you back." he added with puffing his cheeks andother time. It was something really childish but Arthur couldn't think of something better.

Gilbert grinned at Arthur's stuttered demand, though he inwardly laughed at the sight of the Brit puffing out his cheeks at him. It took a lot of his control to keep from bursting out in laughter, and apparently that control wasn't enough for after he heard the blond's threat, he fell into a loud fit of laughs and sniggers. Mein Gott, Artie's just too cute...
After a few moments, his laughter died down, and he regarded Arthur with an obviously-amused smile before it turned into a look of curiosity. "Oh, really?" he began, leaning towards the other so close that the distance between their faces were closed to mere centimetres. "Tease me how?" he inquired, the smirk back on his face, red eyes challenging as he looked Arthur right at his green orbs.

Arthur looked a little lost when tthe other bursted out in laughter. "W-wha- d-don't make fun of me y-you twat." puffing his cheeks even more.
He was silenced when the Albino was a few inches away with his face from his own flushed face. "Y-yes, l-like..." Arthur had to think about it but then came to the conclusion he didn't want to do anything to embarass himself more.
So he brought his hands to Gilberts' side "l-like this." and with that he started to tickle him. He waited for his reaction.

"Like...?" Enjoying the Brit's flustered state, Gilbert's smirk grew, and his daring gaze remained fixed on Arthur. He seriously doubted the blond would be able to 'tease' him, considering how meek and tense he was at the moment. He wouldn't be able to make the German blush--unless, of course, he acted even more adorable (and he doubted Arthur would do that on purpose).
Needless to say, all that inner musing left Gilbert open for attack, and he was caught off-guard when Arthur began tickling his side. He jumped in shock, startling Gilbird off his head, and let out a raspy squeal. He froze when he realized that he made the unmanly cry, before lifting up a hand to cover the lower half of his face and coughing distractingly, though it did nothing to hide the very noticeable blush forming on his pale face.

Arthur chuckled and had to resist to not laugh at the very unmanly cry. He looked at the Albino. So even Gilbert could blush, he thought. And the more he thought about it, the more he started to think it was actually cute.
"We're equal now." he concluded as he tried not to smile. He crossed his arms and nodded in statisfaction. No messing with the Brit, he thought.
He walked over to where Gilbird had flown to and bent down. "Sorry I startled you." he said as he stroked the bird's feathers.

Gilbert was unable to hold back a pout. His embarrassment quickly went away, though now replaced with annoyance at how Arthur had managed to get back at him. The feeling only grew when he noticed the other get up and head over to where Gilbird had evacuated. He sent the blonde an incredulous look when he apologized to the little chick. He says sorry to the bird but not to me??
Then, in the midst of his staring, an idea struck him. The smirk creeped back to his face, and he began to noiselessly make his way towards the unsuspecting Brit whose back was turned towards him. And Gilbird, as if aware of his owner's plan, chirped, and playfully and lightly pecked at Arthur's fingers.
When Gilbert was right behind Arthur, he raised his arms dramatically, before descending them back down to commence a tickling attack on the other.

Arthur petted Gilbert's bird happily. His feathers were so soft and the bird seemed happy about it. Or at least it appeared that way too him. He didn't noticed Gilbert approaching him. He was distracted by the cute little bird and he hadn't expected for Gilbert to restore that quickly and take revenge.
So he was caught off guard when he suddenly felt a pair of hands on both his sides. Fingers tickling hm. Arthur squeeked and let out a very girly giggle. Wriggled into the other's touch. "S-stop it, Gil, r-really t-this haha- this is unfair!" he cried out laughing a bit.
